By accessing or using New Age Bets (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
New Age Bets is an informational analysis tool that surfaces model-based probability estimates for publicly listed prediction markets. The Signal Pass is not a broker, exchange, sportsbook, prediction market, investment adviser, or financial institution. We do not take custody of funds and we do not place or execute any trades or wagers on your behalf.
All content, model output, forecasts, verdicts, and commentary provided by the Service are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or gambling advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Past model performance does not guarantee future results.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of any prediction market or related activity is legal in your jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable laws.
The Service is offered on a time-boxed access-pass basis. Recurring passes (including any daily, weekly, or monthly pass) automatically renew at the stated interval and price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal from your account page or by contacting support. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once access has been activated.

The Service, including all software, models, output formatting, brand elements, and content, is owned by New Age Bets and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial evaluation while your access pass is active.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEW AGE BETS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NEW AGE BETS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ACCESS PASS DURING WHICH THE CLAIM AROSE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless New Age Bets, its operators, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or liability arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts located therein.
